In theses classes you will learn the fundamental Pilates movements and correct technique. Learning these basics on the mat makes it much easier to apply them on the equipment. We focus on developing core and back strength, balance and align the body and strengthening and toning arms and legs.
The Pilates exercises are always practiced with the Pilates Principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. The mat is the perfect place to embody these principles and the effects are felt throughout one's life.
